| 揭示南亚热带典型丛生竹叶片功能性状的协同变异与分化规律,探究其资源利用策略与生长生境的关联,阐明丛生竹立地精准适配机制,可为该区域丛生竹高效培育提供理论支撑。本研究选取7种南亚热带典型丛生竹为研究对象,系统测定其叶片形态结构相关指标,光合色素、非结构性碳(Non-structural carbohydrates,NSC)含量,以及叶片、土壤的碳、氮、磷、钾含量与化学计量比,同时结合Pearson相关性分析、主成分分析(PCA)和冗余分析(RDA)解析性状协同变异特征、差异及驱动机制。结果表明,不同竹种叶片功能性状差异显著,变异系数(CV)为3.74%—90.57%,叶面积(Leaf Area,LA)和叶长宽比(Length-Width Ratio,LWR)为高变异性状,光合性状呈低变异特征;叶片功能性状间存在广泛显著关联,体现明显的协同进化与协同变异特征。PCA将7种丛生竹的生态策略划分为资源获取型、资源保守型及过渡型3种。其中资源获取型包括麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)、马来甜龙竹(D.asper);资源保守型包括车筒竹(Bambusa sinospinosa)、青皮竹(B.textilis);过渡型包括吊丝竹(D.minor)、刺竹(B.bambos)、粉单竹(B.chungii)。RDA结果表明土壤pH值、有机碳(Soil Organic Carbon,SOC)、全氮(Total Ntrogen,TN)、有效磷(Available Phosphorus,AP)、全磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)、全钾(Total potassium,TK)、速效钾(Available potassium,AK)是驱动叶片性状变异的关键环境因子,且不同竹种适宜生境存在明显差异。本研究揭示了南亚热带典型丛生竹叶片功能性状的协同变异机制与“形态-生理-养分”协同适应规律,明确了不同竹种的生态策略及立地适配规律,填补了相关研究空白,可为丛生竹种质筛选与立地精准适配提供理论依据与实践指导。 |

| This study aims to reveal the synergistic variation and differentiation patterns of leaf functional traits in typical sympodial bamboos in the southern subtropical zone,explore the differences in resource utilization strategies among different bamboo species and their intrinsic correlation with growth habitats,and clarify the mechanism of precise site configuration of sympodial bamboos,thus providing theoretical support for the efficient cultivation of sympodial bamboos in this zone.In this study,seven typical sympodial bamboo species in the southern subtropical zone were selected as research objects.Leaf morphological structure,photosynthetic pigments,non-structural carbohydrates,as well as content and stoichiometric ratios of carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in leaves and soils were systematically measured.Pearson correlation analysis,Principal Component Analysis (PCA),and Redundancy Analysis (RDA) were performed to reveal the synergistic variation characteristics,differences,and driving mechanisms of functional traits.The results showed that the leaf functional traits varied significantly among different bamboo species,with Coefficients of Variation (CV) ranging from 3.74% to 90.57%.Leaf Area (LA) and leaf Length-Width Ratio (LWR) were highly variable traits,while photosynthetic traits showed low variability.Extensive and significant correlations were observed among leaf functional traits,reflecting obvious coevolution and synergistic variation.The seven sympodial bamboo species were classified into three ecological strategies-resource-acquisitive strategy,resource-conservative strategy,and transitional strategy-by PCA.Specifically,resource-acquisitive species included Dendrocalamus latiflorus and D.asper;resource-conservative species included Bambusa sinospinosa and B.textilis;and transitional species included D.minor,B.bambos,and B.chungii.RDA results showed that soil pH value,Soil Organic Carbon (SOC),Total Nitrogen (TN),Available Phosphorus (AP),Total Phosphorus (TP),total potassium (TK),and available potassium (AK) were the key environmental factors driving leaf trait variation,and the suitable habitats varied among different bamboo species.This study reveals the synergistic variation mechanisms of leaf functional traits and the synergistic adaptation law of morphology-physiology-nutrition of typical sympodial bamboos in the southern subtropical zone and clarifies the ecological strategies and site adaptation patterns of different bamboo species.The findings fill the gaps in related research and provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for germplasm screening and precise site configuration of sympodial bamboos. |
