广东长沙湾及其邻近海域水环境中重金属含量分布与风险评价

摘要:
本研究通过测定广东长沙湾及其邻近海域20个表层海水样品中重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg和As的含量,分析其分布特征,并运用单因子污染指数法、综合污染指数法、变异系数法和相关性分析对研究区域表层海水中重金属的污染状况、离散程度和污染来源等进行分析评价。结果表明:长沙湾及其邻近海域表层海水重金属元素含量相对较低,Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg和As的浓度分别为1.50-4.89、0.30-1.47、2.11-6.84、0.09-0.22、0.007-0.025、0.6-2.4μg·L-1;各重金属的单因子污染指数均小于1,满足第二类海水水质标准;6种重金属的综合污染指数平均值小于1,且各站位综合污染指数的变化范围较小,属于清洁型海域;但研究区域存在污染痕迹和污染风险,不同站位间同一金属元素具有相似的污染源,但各重金属元素之间无相似的污染水平和共同的污染源,其中Cu和As主要受工业废水排放和海水养殖影响,Pb、Zn和Cd等受渔港船舶污染影响较大,Hg主要受陆源污染和渔港船舶污染影响。水体中pH值、溶解氧(DO)和悬浮物(SS)等是影响重金属元素分布特征的重要环境因子。

Abstract:
The concentrations of six heavy metals (Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg,and As) in 20 surface seawater samples from Changsha Bay and its adjacent area in Guangdong Province were measured to reveal the distribution characteristics of the heavy metals.The single-factor pollution index,comprehensive pollution index,coefficient of variation,and correlation analysis were employed to evaluate the pollution status,dispersion degrees,and pollution sources of the six heavy metals in the surface seawater.The results showed the concentrations of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg and As in the surface seawater from Changsha Bay and its adjacent area were low and varied within the ranges of 1.50-4.89,0.30-1.47,2.11-6.84,0.09-0.22,0.007-0.025,and 0.6-2.4 μg·L-1,respectively.The single-factor pollution index of each heavy metal is less than 1,meeting the requirements of the second-class seawater quality standard.The comprehensive pollution index was below 1 for all the six heavy metals and had small variation ranges,which meant the seawater of Changsha Bay and its adjacent area was clean.The study area showed pollution and was exposed to the risk of pollution,and the same heavy metal from different stations had similar pollution sources.However,there were no similar pollution levels or same sources between six metals.Cu and As were mainly affected by the industrial waste and marine aquaculture.Pb,Zn and Cd were resulted from ship pollution,while Hg was strongly influenced by the land-sourced pollution and ship pollution.In addition,pH value,Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and Suspended Solids (SS) were the key environmental factors affecting the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in the study area.
