北部湾潮间带贝类(丽文蛤)5年重金属分布特征及风险评价

摘要:
为了解北部湾海域潮间带生物受重金属污染的情况,本研究选取该海域常见的贝类优势种——丽文蛤(Meretrix lusoria)作为研究对象,跟踪监测其体内7种重金属汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)的含量,对2019-2023年采集的丽文蛤体内各项指标的时空分布特征进行分析,并分别采用单因子污染指数、内梅罗综合指数和金属污染指数(Metal Polution Index,MPI)进行评价。结果表明,该海域丽文蛤体内重金属含量为锌>铜>砷>铬>镉>铅>汞,比较各年度平均值,重金属含量的变化有所不同,沿海三市的重金属含量差异较明显但污染程度差异不大,整体处于轻度污染的状态,砷和铅是主要的污染因子。北部湾海域重金属综合污染有逐年上升的趋势,需持续监测生物体内重金属变化。

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to unveil the heavy metal pollution of organisms in the intertidal zone of the Beibu Gulf.The common dominant bivalves species,Meretrix lusoria,in this area was selected as a bioindicator.The concentrations of 7 heavy metals (Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,and As) in M.lusoria were monitored from 2019 to 2023 to assess their temporal and spatial distribution patterns.The single-factor pollution index,Nemerow comprehensive index,and Metal Pollution Index (MPI) were used for evaluation.The results indicated that the heavy metal concentrations in M.lusoria in this sea area followed the order of Zn>Cu>As>Cr>Cd>Pb>Hg.The heavy metals concentrations showed distinct annual variations,with significant differences observed among the three coastal cities studied.However,the overall pollution levels remained consistent,indicating a state of mild pollution,which was primarily caused by As and Pb.There is a year-by-year increasing trend in comprehensive heavy metal pollution in the Beibu Gulf,underscoring the necessity for ongoing monitoring of heavy metal dynamics in marine organisms.
