流态化催化裂化废催化剂应用研究进展

摘要:
结合典型流态化催化裂化(FCC)废催化剂的物理化学特性,阐述其改性再生及其应用研究进展。FCC废催化剂可以在原本已沉积有Ni的基础上再补充负载Ni制备优良的加氢催化剂并应用于农林产品松脂的催化加氢反应;可以作为催化剂载体进行再利用;可以制备改性催化剂用于废塑料和生物质的裂解;可以经水热反应合成高精度超细分子筛;可以用于废水处理和润滑油、石蜡精制。随着石油化工产业的迅猛发展,FCC废催化剂的排放量不断增长,为了实现FCC废催化剂的资源化再利用,以FCC废催化剂制备加氢催化剂和固体吸附剂具有广阔的应用前景。

Modification Recycling and Application of Spent FCC Catalyst

Abstract:
In this paper, the morphology, structure and content of Fe, Ni, V and Na of spent fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst from typical companies were introduced.According to its physicochemical property, the resource recycling and application of spent FCC catalyst was reviewed.The Ni, Fe and V deposited on spent FCC catalyst are common hydrogenation active components.After loading with nickel metal, a set of spent FCC catalyst-supported catalyst was prepared with high activity to hydrogenation of rosin.Spent FCC catalyst was a good catalyst support for its high specific surface area and thermostability.Spent FCC catalyst could be used to catalytic cracking waste plastics and biomass after the modification for its remained activity.Considering its high content of silicon and aluminum, spent FCC catalyst could be used to hydrothermally synthesize superfine zeolite with high precision.Furthermore, spent FCC catalyst also could be used as an adsorbent to dispose waste water and refine lubricating oil or paraffin for its porosity and adsorptivity.With the develop of petrochemical industry, the amount of spent FCC catalyst was increased.In order to achieve resource utilization, spent FCC catalyst used as raw material for synthesis of hydrogenation catalyst has broad application prospect.
