微生物DNA条形码技术是利用DNA条形码作为标记进行微生物物种鉴定的技术,目前在微生物的研究中应用广泛。本文综述了微生物DNA条形码技术在应用中的优势、局限性和发展,为微生物DNA条形码技术的进一步应用提供参考。 |

The DNA Barcoding of microorganism investigates how to apply the technique in microbial studies, which currently has been applied widely in many fields.To facilitate the application of this technique to more reserch fields, we review the progress of DNA Barcoding of microorganism focusing on its advantages, limitations and the development trend of the technology. |
