毛蚶正丁醇相抗卤虫化学成分分析

摘要:
应用抗卤虫(Artemia salina)生物活性筛选模型,分析南海毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)乙醇浸膏和正丁醇相的生物活性成分。从毛蚶(S.subcrenata)正丁醇萃取相中共分得4个化合物,包括3个甾体类化合物5-烯-胆甾醇(1),胆甾醇(2),3-酮-20-烯孕甾烷(3)和1个吲哚类化合物3-carboxy-indole(4),化合物(1)~(3)在50μg/mL时对卤虫的致死率分别为65.0%,60.0%和58.3%。

Abstract:
The bioactivities of ethanolic extract and n-butanol fractions of Scapharca subcrenata from the South China Sea were evaluated by the model of lethality to brine shrimp Artemia salina.The ethanolic extract and n-butanol fractions showed lethality.The compounds in the n-butanol were separated, and four compounds were identified as cholest-5-en-3-ol (1), Cholesterol (2), 5a-pregn-20-en-3-one (3) and 3-carboxy-indole (4).The compounds 1~3 belong to sterols and their lethal rate was 65.0%, 60.0% and 58.3% in 50 μg/mL, respectively, suggesting that these steroids should be the bioactive substances of S.Subcrenata lischke.
