甘蔗叶黄酮类成分的抗致龋菌活性研究

摘要:
为了考察甘蔗叶总黄酮及其各化学组分对致龋菌生长的抑制作用,采用96孔板法,测定甘蔗叶总黄酮及其各化学组分对主要致龋菌的最低抑菌浓度和杀菌浓度。结果表明:30%乙醇流份(S2)和50%乙醇流份(S3)对变异链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)ATCC 10387抑菌效果与阳性对照药茶多酚(EGCG)相当,最小抑菌浓度均为4×103μg/ml;95%乙醇流份(S5)及0.1%乙酸醇液(S6)对变异链球菌ATCC 10387和粘性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus)ATCC 19246的最小抑菌浓度,与阳性对照药EGCG抑菌效果相当,均为1×103μg/ml。S6对变异链球菌ATCC 10387杀菌效果,与阳性对照药EGCG相当,均为4×103μg/ml。总黄酮和水洗脱流份(S1)对2种致龋菌无杀菌作用。甘蔗叶黄酮类成份具有一定的抗致龋菌活性。

Abstract:
To study the inhibitive effect on cariogenic bacterial growth of the flavonoids extracted from the leave(flavonoids S1) and the other parts(flavonoids S2~S6) of sugarcane.The 96-well plate method was applied to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) on the main cariogenic bacteria of these flavonoids.With 1×103μg/ml of MIC, 30% ethanol fraction(S2) and 50% ethanol fraction(S3) exerted bacteriostatic actions on Streptococcus mutans ATCC 10387, which was equal to the positive control drug (EGCG).With 4×103μg/ml of MIC, 95% ethanol fraction(S5) and 0.1% ethyl alcohol solution (S6) had activities on Streptococcus mutans ATCC 10387 and Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246, which was corresponding to the positive control EGCG.With 4×103μg/ml of MBC, the bactericidal effect of S6 on Streptococcus mutans ATCC 10387 was equal to the EGCG.No bactericidal effect of the water elution fraction (S1) on these two types of cariogenic bacteria was observed.The results show that sugarcane leaf flavonoids have anti-cariogenic bacterial activity to some extent.
