火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定尾砂矿中的微量铟

摘要:
以HCl、HNO3、HF、HClO4溶解样品,釆用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定尾砂矿中的铟含量,对仪器的工作条件和反应条件进行了选择和优化。该方法线性范围为0~10μg·ml-1,线性方程y=0.001809+0.01497x,相关系数为0.9994,检出限0.090μg·ml-1,RSD=1.39%,回收率96.0%~106.0%。该方法操作简便,准确度和精密度能够满足分析要求。

Abstract:
With HCl, HNO3, HF and HClO4 dissolved samples, indium content in the last placer was determined by the use of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric, of which the working conditions, instrument choice and reaction conditions were optimized. The experimental results show the linear range of 0~10μg·ml-1, the linear equation of y=0.001809+0.01497x, the correlation coefficient of 0.9994, the detection limit at 0.090μg·ml-1, RSD of 1.39%, 96.0% and recovery rate of 106.0%. This method is simple, accurate and precise, and can meet the analysis requirements.
