用水蒸气蒸馏法提取干花豆(Fordia cauliflora Hemsl.)叶中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析挥发油成分。结果从干花豆叶挥发油中分离出28个组分,首次鉴定其中的22种成分。干花豆叶挥发油的主要成为:4-乙烯基愈创木酚(22.4%)、甘菊烷烃(16.1%)、2-甲基-6-羟基喹啉(8.1%)、2,5,5,8a-四甲基-3,4,4a,5,6,8a-四氢-2H-1-苯并吡喃(7.5%)、3,4二甲氧基苯乙烯(3.3%)、杜烯(3.2%)、香橙烯(3.2%)。 |

The volatile oil from the leaves of Fordia cauliflora Hemsl.was extracted by hydrodistillation method and the constituents were analysed with capillary gas chromatography and GC-MS-DS.28 compounds were obtained and 22 of them were first identified from this plant.Phenol, 4-ethenyl-2-methoxy(22.4%), ç-Gurjunene (16.1%) were the major chemcal constituents of volatile oil from the leaves of Fordia cauliflora Hemsl.. |
