钦州湾一次海水异常监测与分析

摘要:
2011年4月12日在广西钦州湾海区出现海水异常现象的海域,布设14个监测站位,采集表层海水进行常规水质、浮游植物、细菌等参数监测分析。发现所有站位萎软几内亚藻(Guinardia flaccida)均为优势种,异养细菌数量均大于1.00×104cfu/ml,靠近三墩岛的4号站COD及活性磷酸盐含量超Ⅳ类海水水质标准,异养细菌数量为1.40×106cfu/ml,夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)为1.54×108cell/m3,达到赤潮发生时的密度,初步解释了海水异常现象。

Monitoring and Analysis on a Seawater Anomaly in Qinzhou Bay

Abstract:
In order to analyze the phenomenon of abnormal seawater in Guangxi Qinzhou Bay on April 12, 2011, we detected the conventional water quality parameters, plankton and bacteria of surface seawater which was gathered from 14 stations around the bay.The result showed that Guinardia flaccida was the dominant species in all stations, and the number of heterotrophic bacteria was over 1.00×104cfu/ml;the consistency of COD and active phosphate was over the fourth category of Seawater Quality Standard and the number of heterotrophic bacteria was over 1.4×106cfu/ml.The cell abundance of the Noctiluca scintillans amounted to 1.54×108 per cubic meters, which reached the density of red tide.These detection results preliminarily explained the phenomenon why the seawater had become abnormal.
