丙酮丁醇梭菌发酵糖蜜生产丁醇的发酵条件优化

摘要:
运用单因素试验结合正交设计法优化丙酮丁醇梭菌发酵甘蔗糖蜜生产丁醇的发酵条件,并进行验证试验。得到发酵条件的最优组合为(NH4)2HPO4的添加量为0.3%,H2NCONH2的添加量为0.1%、Na2HPO4的添加量为0.5%,KH2PO4的添加量为0.5%,L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐-水物的添加量为0.025%,蛋白胨的添加量为0.9%,NaH2PO4的添加量为0.1%,优化后发酵的丁醇产量为11.0536g/L,比原始菌株提高了23.58%。这对糖蜜多途径综合利用有一定的推动作用。

Abstract:
Using single-fador experiments combined with orthogonal design qitimization the fermentation conditions, which the clostridium aletobutylicum ferment sugercace molasses to producte batand and verification test.The obtained optimal combination of nutrients is 0.3% (NH4)2HPO4, 0.1% H2NCONH2, 0.5% Na2HPO4, 0.5% KH2PO4, 0.025% L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, 0.9% tryptone, and 0.1% NaH2PO4.The results show that the butanol yield in this optimized fermentation reaches 11.0536g/L, which increased about 23.58% compared to that obtained from the original strain.This method has the potential to improve the multi-channel utilization of sugarcane molasses.
