以阿维菌素为囊芯、明胶和阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备阿维菌素微胶囊,然后通过正交试验考察pH值、芯材比、搅拌速度、体系浓度对包囊率的影响。试验结果表明,影响包囊率的因素主次关系依次为搅拌速度、pH值、体系浓度、芯材比,优水平为搅拌速度150 r/min,pH值4.5,芯材比1.1,体系浓度2.0%。在此条件下重复试验得到平均粒径13.65μm圆整微胶囊,包囊率达到95.42%。 |

Abstract: |
Using abamectin as capsule core, gelatin and arbic gum as wall material, abamectin microcapsules were prepared by means of complex coacervation.The effects of pH value, core material ratio, stirring speed, and system concentration on entrapment rate were investigated by orthogonal experimental design.The results show that the entrapment rate is affected orderly by stirring speed, pH value, system concentration, and core material ratio.A superior level is stirring speed of 150 r/min, pH value of 4.5, core material ratio of 1.1, and system concentration of 2.0%.Repeating the experiment in this condition, the average particle size of whole microcapsule is 13.65 μm and entrapment rate reaches 95.42%. |
