| 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从广西产禾本科植物香茅[Cymbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf]中提取挥发油,利用毛细管气相色谱法对香茅油进行指纹图谱研究,运用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件生成香茅油的对照指纹图谱,建立广西香茅油的指纹图谱共有模式,为广西香茅油提供一种质量评价标准与检测方法。 |

| The essential oil was extracted from Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf by steam distillation, and a capillary GC method was adopted to record the fingerprint of the oil.The standard fingerprint chromatogram of this essential oil was obtained by the similarity evaluation system software of Chinese-medicine spectral fingerprint, and the common pattern of the fingerprint chromatogram of this essential oil was established, which provides a quality standerd and testing method for citronella oil in Guangxi. |
