| 将赭曲霉毒素A(OA)抗原免疫大白兔制备多克隆抗体,建立直接竞争酶联免疫吸附分析方法(ELISA)。结果多克隆抗体的效价高达1:21万。建立的直接竞争ELISA检测方法的下限为0.05ng/ml,线性范围0.05~51.2ng/ml,OA添加到玉米粉中的样品回收率达到94.8%。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ochratoxin A (OA)-KLH conjugates were mixtured with ad juvant and injected into rabbit hypoderm to produce anti-serum.The anti-OA polyclonal antibodies were purified with affinity chromatoghrphic column and used to establishe directe competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the line arrange of the assay was between 0.05 and 51.2ng/ml.The lowest detectable amount of OA was 0.05ng/ml.OA recovery from corn flour with OA reached to 94.8%. |
