| 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从广西3个不同产地的鸡屎藤中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其定性定量分析,鉴定出60多种化学成分,3个产地鸡屎藤挥发油均含有的化学成分有20余种,其余的化学成分各有差异,相同化学成分的含量也有较大差异。这将对其药品质量标准的制定、规范生药品质,以及进一步开发利用提供实验依据,具有一定的学术意义。 |

| The volatile oil was extracted from Paederia scandens (Lour.)Merr. in Guangxi by steam distillation, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of its chemical composition was performed by GC-MS-DS method.The over 60 compositions were identified from 3 different areas. The result clearly shows the difference of the chemical components of the volatile in Paederia scandens (Lour.)Merr.from different areas.The research in the ingredients of Paederia scandens (Lour.)Merr.from different districts of Guangxi, provides experimental basis for standard establishment, qualification, reasonable development and utilization of the plant. |
