| 在酚试剂法中将采集后的甲醛样品溶液转入具塞比色管的步骤简化为吸取甲醛样品溶液至具塞比色管中,并定容至5ml刻度线处,然后再测定样品的吸光度,分析样品溶液的吸光度、稀释倍数、取样量、标准曲线对样品溶液中甲醛含量不确定度的贡献。结果表明,标准曲线(即回归方程)引入的不确定度对检测结果影响最大。 |
