| 以天然存在的胆甾醇硫酸酯钠(3)的合成为研究对象,从胆甾醇出发,经过硫酸酯化、钠离子交换两步反应合成出具有抗肿瘤活性天然存在的胆甾醇硫酸酯钠,以及它的4个类似物:3β-谷甾醇硫酸酯钠(3a)、3β-豆甾醇硫酸酯钠(3b)、3β-孕甾醇-20-氧代硫酸酯钠(3c)、3β-去氢表雄酮硫酸酯钠(3d),并对化合物进行抗肿瘤活性试验。结果是化合物3b在体外对肝癌、宫颈癌、人胃癌细胞株的生长具有一定的抑制作用,化合物(3)对肝癌细胞株的生长有一定的抑制作用。 |

| The sodium cholesterol sulfate (3), a natural steroid from marine echinoderms, was synthesized from Cholesterol by sulfation and transformation of sodium ion. Four analogues (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d)of (3)were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR. Their biological activity was investigated and the results showed that the compound 3b and (3)displayed a moderate cytotoxic activity against liver carcinoma cells (7404), human gastric carcinoma cells (SGC7901)and cervical carcinoma cells (HELA). |
