棒柄花中反式-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的化学结构分离鉴定

摘要:
从大戟科植物棒柄花(Cleidion brevipetiolatum Pax et Hoffm.)中分离得一化合物,经理化常数、UV、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS等波谱测试和解析,鉴定为反式-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯酚-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。该化合物是首次从该植物中分离鉴定。

Abstract:
One compound was isolated and identified from Cleidion brevipetiolatum Pax et Hoffm for the first time. This compound structure was identified as Trans-4-(1-Propenyl)-Phenol-β-D-glucopyranoside by spectral analysis(UV,IR,1HNMR, 13CNMR,MS).
