脂氧合酶在果实成熟衰老及抗伤病中的作用

摘要:
脂氧合酶(LOX)能催化多元不饱和脂肪酸发生过氧化作用。LOX对果实细胞的衰老有促进作用,能加速植物果实的成熟和组织的衰老进程。LOX能使植物在受到伤害及病虫害时构建起防御体系,抵御侵染。

Abstract:
Lipoxygenase could catalyzed polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) oxygenation,which could promote the senescing of organizations and fruits,and accelerate the process of the ripening of fruits and senescing of organization.LOX would drive the recovery systems to resist the invasion of the wound and diseases.
