天然植物提取物促仔猪生长的内分泌机制

摘要:
将80头始重约为20kg的"杜长大"仔猪随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组喂以添加常规药物的基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上添加300mg/kg天然植物提取物。试验期20d。结果表明,试验组仔猪的日增重和饲料转化率分别比对照组提高7.18%(P<0.05)和5.61%(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪血液中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性,分别比对照组提高10.75%(P<0.05)、10.88%(P<0.05)和33.50%(P<0.05)。试验组仔猪血清生长激素(GH)、类胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)和环腺苷酸(cAMP)水平,分别比对照组提高7.34%(P<0.05)、15.32%(P<0.05)、29.42%(P<0.05)、23.31%(P<0.05)和15.88%(P<0.05)。提示,天然植物提取物对仔猪的促生长作用可能是通过影响猪内分泌系统机能而实现的。似是一种整体效应,一方面通过提高饲料养分消化率而促进生长;另一方面,是通过促进GH、IGF-I的合成和分泌,加强合成代谢,同时与促进T3、T4和cAMP的合成和分泌,促进脂肪的动员,加速脂肪的氧化和分解、降低猪体脂的积累有关。

Extraction of Natural Plants on Endocrine Function of Growth Promotion in Porklings

Abstract:
Eighty porklings(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with body weight of 20 kg were alloted to two treatments and four replicate pens designing for each treatment by weight and sex.Fed basic diet supplemented with 300 mg extraction of natural plants(ENP) per kg diets for test group,and normal using drugs(arsanilic acid 90 mg,15%bacitracin zinc 70 mg and oxytetracycline 120 mg) per kg diets for control group.Comparing with the control group,ENP supplement increased the average gain weight(ADG) by 7.18%(P<0.05),feed conversion ratio by 5.61%(P<0.05),and increased the activities of glutamic propylic transaminase(GPT),glutamic oxaolacetic transaminase(GOT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) by 10.75%(P<0.05),10.88%(P<0.05) and 33.50%(P<0.05) respectively.It also increased the levels of GH、IGF-I、T3、T4 and cAMP in serums by 7.34%(P<0.05),15.32%(P<0.05),29.42%(P<0.05),23.31%(P<0.05) and 15.88%(P<0.05) respectively.The results indicated that ENP might improved the growing performance of porklings through the system of internal secretion.It seem to be a whole improving effect to the growing performance though digestibility of feed nutrition;enhance the anabolism though improving synthesis and secretion of GH,IGF-1;and had relationship of improving synthesis and secretion between T3,T4 and cAMP,the mobilization of fat;accelerating oxidization and decomposition of fat,decreasing the deposition of carcass fat.
