合成3种新的偶氮安替比林显色剂:5-(4-安替比林偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(AAHQ)、1-(4-安替比林偶氮)-2-萘酚(AANP)和3,6-二(4-安替比林偶氮)-H酸(AAHA)。分析其与5种金属离子的显色反应,建立了AAHQ测定微量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法,其摩尔吸光系数ε为1.67×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,Sandell灵敏度为0.0038μg·cm-2,Cu(Ⅱ)在0~30 μg/25 ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于生物样中Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。 |

Abstract: |
The synthesis procedures for three new antipyrine azo agents,5-(4-antipyrine azo)-8-hydroxyquinoline(shorted in AAHQ),1-(4-antipyrine azo)-2-naphthol and 3,6-2(4-antipyrine azo)-H acid,are described Some chromogenic reactions on five metal ions are analyzed.A method for testing trace Cu2+ with AAHQ is presented, with molar aborption coefficient ε being 1.67×10.4 L·mol-1·cm-1 and Sandell sensibility 0.00384 g·cm-2.The copper amount obeys Beer's law in the range of 0 to 30 μg/25 ml.Determination result for Cu2+ in food samples is satisfying. |
