研究在微波场中以NaHSO4·H2O作催化剂催化合成油酸正丁酯的反应条件。结果表明,反应最适宜的条件是:油酸50mmol,正丁醇100mmol,催化剂用量0.6g,微波输出功率540W,反应时间8min。在此反应条件下,油酸的酯化率为93.5%,所得产品的质量符合工业产品的质量要求。 |

Abstract: |
The synthesis conditions of butyl oleate are studied in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate under microwave field. The appropriate conditions for synthesis are as follows:oleic acid 50 mmol,butanol 100 mmol,catalyst 0.6 g,microwave irradiation power 540 W,reaction time 8 min Under above conditions,93.5% of oleic acid is converted,and the production obtained meets the quality requirement of industrial productions. |
