阐述连杆有限元计算模型的建立方法,并详细介绍连杆载荷和约束条件的处理方法。应用I-DEAS软件对连杆计算模型进行计算,得出连杆应力和变形分布图。对计算结果分析,指出该连杆的设计符合柴油机设计规范,可用于生产。 |

Abstract: |
To apply the FEA theory to analyze the connectingrod of G170 diesel engine, this paper presents the method of establishing the connectingrod's FEA model, and especially introduces how to treat the loads and the restraint of the connectingrod. The software of I DEAS is used in calculating and analyzing the stress and the displacement of that connectingrod. After analyzing the results of the stress and the displacement, it also presents that the design of the connectingrod conforms to the standard of diesel engine design, and can use in manufacture. |
