基于Vosviewer和CiteSpace药食同源中药材槐米研究进展知识图谱可视化

摘要:
为弥补现有槐米(Flos Sophorae Immaturus)综述难以揭示知识生产结构、合作格局及主题演化的不足,本研究定量分析该领域的文献产出、研究主体、合作网络和热点演进。检索中国知网、万方、维普收录的1953—2025年中文文献及Web of Science核心合集收录的1985—2025年英文文献,采用Excel 2019、VOSviewer 1.6.20和CiteSpace 6.2.R3进行文献计量与可视化分析。共纳入文献3235篇,其中中文文献2779篇、英文文献456篇。文献产出经历初始积累、持续增长和稳定产出3个阶段,近年英文文献总体增加;中文高产作者主要集聚于广西植物研究所,英文高产作者以江南大学为代表。国家(地区)合作网络以中国为主要文献产出国,整体合作联系较为稀疏。研究热点以芦丁、槲皮素等黄酮类成分为基础,逐步拓展至提取与质量控制、传统方剂、活性评价、资源品种、产品开发及数字化分析。槐米研究已形成多主题并行的知识结构,但仍存在研究对象边界不清、质量评价依赖少数指标、机制与临床证据衔接不足以及工程化和外部验证薄弱等问题。后续应推进术语与样品规范、多成分质量评价、体内—临床连续验证、工艺放大评价及跨机构协作。

Visualization of knowledge map based on Vosviewer and CiteSpace on research progress of medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine Flos Sophorae Immaturus

Abstract:
To address the limitations of existing reviews on Flos Sophorae Immaturus, which mainly summarize specific research findings but do not quantitatively reveal the structure of knowledge production, collaboration patterns, or thematic evolution, this study analyzed publication output, research actors, collaboration networks, and evolving research hotspots in the field. Chinese-language publications from 1953 to 2025 were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, and VIP databases, while English-language publications from 1985 to 2025 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection. Excel 2019, VOSviewer 1.6.20, and CiteSpace 6.2.R3 were used for bibliometric and visual analyses. A total of 3,235 publications were included, comprising 2,779 Chinese-language and 456 English-language publications. Publication output progressed through three stages: initial accumulation, sustained growth, and stable output, with an overall increase in English-language publications in recent years. High-output authors in the Chinese-language literature were mainly concentrated at the Guangxi Institute of Botany, whereas Jiangnan University was the leading institution in the English-language literature. The country/region collaboration network was centered on China but remained relatively sparse. Research hotspots were based on flavonoids such as rutin and quercetin and gradually expanded to extraction and quality control, traditional formulas, bioactivity evaluation, germplasm resources, product development, and digital analysis. Although a multi-thematic knowledge structure has emerged, the field is still constrained by unclear research-object boundaries, reliance on a limited number of quality markers, insufficient linkage between mechanistic and clinical evidence, and weak engineering-scale and external validation. Future studies should standardize terminology and reference samples, improve multicomponent quality evaluation, strengthen the continuity between in vivo and clinical validation, assess process scale-up, and expand cross-institutional collaboration.
