广西渔业的未来之路:探索绿色集约的智慧养殖与特色水产品精深加工模式

摘要:
广西拥有丰富的水产资源和区位优势,但面临产业结构失衡、技术支撑不足、精深加工薄弱等挑战,制约其向双千亿产业跨越。当前,广西渔业发展存在五大关键问题:重淡水渔业、轻海洋渔业;自然资源约束与生态政策挤压养殖空间;“小农散养”模式导致生产效率低下;技术推广滞后,苗种供给依赖外省;精深加工不足,产业链附加值低。为突破发展瓶颈,建议采取以智慧养殖和特色水产品加工为核心的现代化发展路径:通过人工智能技术构建“数据-模型-执行”闭环体系,集成多源环境监测、病害智能诊断和精准投喂系统,推动石斑鱼(Epinephelus)、金鲳鱼(Trachinotus)等名优品种的规模化高效养殖;分阶段开发高附加值产品,即初期聚焦休闲食品和火锅食材,中长期发展预制菜和生物医药产品,延伸产业链。同时,依托区位优势,构建“智慧养殖-精深加工-品牌营销”全链条网络,着力打造“桂系”海鲜品牌矩阵。另外,通过“产学研用”协同机制加强种质资源保护、推广循环水繁育技术,设立渔业科技创新基金,培养智慧养殖人才。未来,可依托北部湾资源,发展深远海智能养殖和碳汇渔业,力争2035年将广西建成中国—东盟水产品精深加工中心,为区域渔业高质量发展提供示范。

Abstract:
Guangxi boasts abundant aquatic resources and distinct regional advantages, yet faces challenges such as industrial structure imbalance, inadequate technological support, and weak deep-processing capabilities that hinder its transition into a dual hundred-billion-yuan industry. Currently, five critical issues constrain Guangxi's fisheries development: overemphasis on freshwater fisheries at the expense of marine fisheries, shrinking aquaculture space due to natural resource constraints and ecological policies, low production efficiency caused by fragmented smallholder farming models, lagging technology extension with fry supply dependent on external provinces and insufficient deep-processing resulting in low industrial chain value-added. To overcome these bottlenecks, we propose a modernization strategy centered on intelligent aquaculture and specialty aquatic product processing: Smart Aquaculture: Establish a closed-loop "data-model-execution" system powered by AI technology, integrating multi-source environmental monitoring, intelligent disease diagnosis, and precision feeding systems to enable large-scale, high-efficiency farming of premium species such as Epinephelus, Trachinotus. Value-Added Product Development: Adopt a phased approach—focusing initially on snack foods and hotpot ingredients, then expanding into prepared dishes and biomedical products in the medium-to-long term to extend the industrial chain. Integrated Industrial Network: Leverage regional advantages to build a full-chain "smart aquaculture–deep processing–brand marketing" system, with emphasis on creating a "Guangxi-style" seafood brand matrix. Collaborative Innovation: Strengthen germplasm resource conservation and promote recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) through industry-academia-research-application partnerships, while establishing a fisheries technology innovation fund and cultivating talent in smart aquaculture. Looking ahead, Guangxi can capitalize on Beibu Gulf resources to develop deep-sea intelligent aquaculture and carbon-sink fisheries, aiming to establish itself as a China-ASEAN aquatic product deep-processing hub by 2035 and serve as a model for regional fisheries high-quality development.
