无患子果实皂苷含量相关指标分析及抑菌活性

摘要:
为研究不同无患子单株果实各果表型特征与皂苷含量关系及其皂苷抑菌活性,选用广州省独山县10株无患子实生单株果实,测定各果表型特征及常春藤苷等皂苷含量;采用抑菌圈法和菌丝生长速率法测定无患子皂苷的抑菌活性。结果表明,常春藤皂苷含量与果实鲜重、果实干重、果皮干重、果实横径、果重表现为显著负相关;其中常春藤皂苷含量与果皮干重显著负相关系数最大,为-0.43;即皮薄、果小而轻的无患子干果中常春藤皂苷含量愈高。抑菌实验结果表明,无患子皂苷对番茄疮痂病菌(X. vesicatoria)的抑菌活性最好,供试样品质量为最低质量0.2 mg时抑菌圈直径为10.3mm;对广西炭疽菌(C. Guangxiense)的抗真菌活性最好,EC50值为36.30 μg mL-1,综合果表型特征指标和皂苷含量B1、B4、B5均为优良实生单株。

Screening of excellent seedlings of Sapindus mukorossi and study on antibacterial activity of saponins

Abstract:
In order to study the relationship between the phenotypic characteristics of each fruit of different Sapindus mukorossi and the content of saponins and the antibacterial activity of saponins, the fruits of 10 seedlings of Sapindus mukorossi in Dushan County, Guangzhou Province were selected to determine the phenotypic characteristics of each fruit and the content of saponins such as hederagenin. The antibacterial activity of Sapindus saponins was determined by inhibition zone method and mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the content of hederagenin was significantly negatively correlated with fruit fresh weight, fruit dry weight, peel dry weight, fruit transverse diameter and fruit weight. Among them, the significant negative correlation coefficient between hederagenin content and peel dry weight was the largest, which was ? 0.43. That is, the thinner the skin, the smaller and lighter the fruit, the higher the content of hederagenin in the dried fruit of Sapindus mukorossi. The results of antibacterial experiments showed that Sapindus saponins had the best antibacterial activity against X.vesicatoria, and the diameter of the inhibition zone was 10.3 mm when the mass of the test sample was 0.2 mg. The antifungal activity against C.guangxiense was the best, and the EC50 value was 36.30 μg mL-1. The comprehensive fruit phenotypic characteristics and saponin content B1, B4 and B5 were excellent seedlings.
