快速、全面及客观的实现区域内生态环境质量变化趋势及时空演变格局监测,对实现生态环境保护、促进经济社会可持续发展以及加强生态文明建设具有重要意义。以Landsat5和Landsat8的Collection 2 Level 2级遥感数据为基础,利用主成分分析法PCA耦合绿度指标NDVI、湿度指标Wet、干度指标NDBSI以及热度指标LST构建遥感生态指数RSEI,评估1996-2022年新疆五家渠市生态环境质量变化情况,并利用地理探测器分析影响生态环境质量的关键驱动因素。结果表明:(1)自1996年以来,五家渠市生态环境质量水平不断提高,且自2010年开始,提高速度明显加快。总体上,近30年五家渠市生态环境质量大幅度改善,生态环境质量等级为“差”或“较差”的区域面积百分比从90年代的71.6%,降到了现在的34.39%。生态环境质量“差”或“较差”的区域多是集中在北部与古尔班通古特沙漠相邻的区域。(2)相比于1996年和2010年,2022年五家渠市大部分区域的生态环境质量在“改善”和“显著改善”中,而南部的城市建设用地区域的生态环境质量却有一定程度的恶化,因此该区域应该加强对生态环境保护的重视。(3)五家渠市生态环境质量主要受干度指标NDBSI和热度指标LST共同影响,其次受绿度指标NDVI和热度指标LST的共同影响。因此,在未来的过程中,为了有效保护生态环境,应该优化城市建设空间格局,合理控制建设用地比例,并通过加强人工园林建设和城市公园建设,增加绿化面积。 |

Evaluation of Urban Ecological Environment Quality in the Tianshan North Slope Economic Belt : A Case Study of Wujiaqu City |

The rapid, comprehensive, and objective monitoring of ecological environment quality changes in a region holds immense importance in achieving
ecological environment protection, promoting sustainable economic and social development, and strengthening ecological civilization construction. Based on the Collection 2 Level 2 remote sensing data of Landsat5 and Landsat8, a principle component analysis (PCA) was employed to combine the green index NDVI, humidity index Wet, dryness index NDBSI, and heat index LST. This fusion resulted in the creation of the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI). The RSEI was utilized to assess the changes in ecological environment quality in Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang from 1996 to 2022. Additionally, geographical detectors were used to analyze the key driving factors influencing the ecological environment quality. The results indicate the following findings: (1) Since 1996, the ecological environment quality in Wujiaqu City has consistently improved, with a significant acceleration in improvement observed since 2010. Overall, the ecological and environmental quality of Wujiaqu City has shown a notable enhancement over the past three decades. The percentage of areas categorized as "poor" or "very poor" in ecological environment quality has decreased from 71.6% in the 1990s to 34.39% presently. These areas with lower quality are mainly located in the northern region adjacent to the Gurbantunggut desert. (2) Compared with 1996 and 2010, the ecological environment quality of most areas of Wujiaqu City will be "improved" and "significantly improved" in 2022, while the ecological environment quality of urban construction land in the south will deteriorate to a certain extent, so the region should pay more attention to ecological environment protection. (3) The ecological environment quality of Wujiaqu City is primarily influenced by the combined effects of the dryness index NDBSI and the heat index LST. Following this, the synergy between the greenness index NDVI and the heat index LST also plays a significant role. Consequently, in order to effectively protect the ecological environment in the future, strategies such as optimizing the spatial distribution of urban construction, controlling the proportion of construction land, and increasing green areas through the development of artificial gardens and urban parks should be implemented. |
