β-木糖苷酶是木聚糖水解酶系中的重要一员,可以和木聚糖酶协同水解木聚糖,被认为是木聚糖水解的关键酶之一。近年来,研究人员发现除水解木聚糖外,β-木糖苷酶还可以水解含有木糖基的化合物,如7-木糖-10-去乙酰紫杉醇、部分人参皂苷和三七皂苷等,产生具有生物活性的物质。此外,部分微生物来源的β-木糖苷酶还具有转糖苷功能,可以将供体的木糖基转移到糖类或者醇类的受体上,形成新的糖苷类化合物。本文对β-木糖苷酶的酶学性质、结构、催化机制、功能、分子改造等方面的相关研究进行综述,并对β-木糖苷酶未来在菌种筛选、底物利用及结构研究方面进行展望,以期为后续β-木糖苷酶的研究提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
β-xylosidase is an important member of the xylan hydrolase system, which can synergistically hydrolyze xylan with xylanase, and is considered to be one of the key enzymes for xylan hydrolysis.In recent years, researchers have found that in addition to hydrolyzing xylan, β-xylosidase can also hydrolyze other compounds containing xylosyl groups, such as 7-xylose-10-deacetylpaclitaxel, some ginsenosides and notoginsenosides to produce some bioactive substances.In addition, some microbial-derived β-xylosidase also has the transglycosidic function, which can transfer the xylose group of the donor to the acceptor of sugars or alcohols to form new glycoside compounds.In this article, the related research progress on the enzymatic properties, structure, catalytic mechanism, function, and molecular modification of β-xylosidase were reviewed, and the future development of β-xylosidase in bacterial strain screening, substrate utilization and structure research were prospected, so as to provide a reference for the subsequent research on β-xylosidase. |
