珍珠龙胆石斑鱼工厂化健康育苗技术的研究

摘要:
为突破广西地区珍珠龙胆石斑鱼工厂化健康育苗的技术瓶颈,本研究开展适合于广西地区的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼工厂化健康育苗技术的研究,以达到有效提高广西地区珍珠龙胆石斑鱼人工育苗成活率和育苗质量的目的。测定并明确了珍珠龙胆石斑鱼工厂化育苗所需的适宜的光照强度、水体盐度、温度、溶氧和氨氮含量等水环境因子,探讨了生物饵料营养强化对育苗成活率的影响。本研究中珍珠龙胆石斑鱼育苗期间光照强度控制在2000-3500勒克斯(lux)左右,水温保持在28-31℃,盐度保持在28-31‰,水体的溶氧量始终保持在6 mg/L以上。并且证明对生物饵料进行营养强化,对于珍珠龙胆石斑鱼育苗成活率的提高具有一定作用。石斑鱼鱼苗生长情况良好,育苗成活率达到10.5%。本研究成功开展了珍珠龙胆石斑鱼工厂化健康育苗技术的研究。研究成果有助于推动广西海水养殖业良种化进程、促进广西地区石斑鱼养殖业健康可持续发展。

Study on Industrialized Healthy Breeding Technology of Hybrid Grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀ × E. lanceolatus♂)

Abstract:
In order to break through the technical bottleneck of grouper aquaculture in Guangxi, this study carried out scientific industrialized healthy breeding technology of hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀ × E. lanceolatus♂), which is suitable for Guangxi area, and could effectively improve the survival rate and quality of hybrid grouper larva.The optimum light intensity, water salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen and ammonia nitrogen contents in the industrialized breeding technology were determined. We also explored the effects of nutritional fortification of food organisms on survival rate of hybrid grouper larva.In this study, the light intensity was controlled at 2000-3500 lux, the water temperature was kept at 28-31℃ and the water salinity was kept at 28-31‰. The dissolved oxygen content in the water was always above 6 mg/L. Moreover, the nutritional fortification of food organisms had positive effects on the survival rate of hybrid grouper larva. Grouper larvae grew well and the survival rate reached 10.5%. In this study, the industrialized healthy breeding technology of hybrid grouper (E. fuscoguttatus♀ × E. lanceolatus♂) was successfully carried out. The research results are helpful to promote the healthy and sustainable development of grouper aquaculture in Guangxi..
