聚氨酯泡沫分离-ICP-AES测定混合铅锌精矿中铊含量

摘要:
[目的]利用聚氨酯泡沫分离富集,建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometric,ICP-AES)测定混合铅锌精矿中铊含量的方法。[方法]样品经混合酸(HCl-HNO3-HClO4-H2SO4)缓慢溶解后,用聚氨酯泡沫分离富集,并在HNO3溶液中解脱,用ICP-AES法测定其中的Tl含量。[结果]通过分离富集法将基体分离,消除了基体效应和共存元素间的谱线干扰,降低了方法的检出限。实验表明,建立的方法线性良好,相关系数为0.999 1,方法的检出限为0.12 mg/L,方法加标回收率为96.0%~106.0%,相对标准偏差小于5%。[结论]测定的结果准确可靠,能满足混合铅锌精矿中铊含量的测定需求。

Determination of Thallium in Lead and Zinc Concentrate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometric with Polyurethane Foam Adsorption

Abstract:
[Objective] The method for the determination of trace Thallium in Lead and Zinc concentrate by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric(ICP-AES) with polyurethane foam adsorption was developed.[Methods] The samples of Lead and Zinc concentrate were digested by the mixed acid system of HCl-HNO3-HClO4-H2SO4.The Tl was adsorbed by polyurethane foam and determined by ICP-AES.[Results] The interference of the matrix effect was eliminated with polyurethane foam adsorption and the detection limit of the method was reduced. The linearity of the method was well and the correlation coefficients of calibration curves was 0.999 1.The detection 1imits of the method was 0.12 mg/L,the recovery was 96.0%-106.0%.The result of precision test showed that RSD (n=11) was less than 5%.[Conclusion] The results are accurate and reliable,and the method can meet the requirement of determination of Thallium content in Lead and Zinc concentrate.
