三七花颗粒的质量控制方法

摘要:
[目的]完善三七花颗粒制剂的质量控制标准。[方法]采用薄层色谱法对三七花颗粒进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对颗粒中的人参皂苷Rb3进行定量测定。[结果]三七花颗粒供试品与对照品及药材在薄层色谱中相应的位置上,显现相同颜色的荧光斑点;人参皂苷Rb3在0.505~5.050 μg成良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.25%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。[结论]该方法简便、准确,可用于三七花颗粒质量的控制。

Abstract:
[Objective] To perfect the quality control standard of sanchi granuLe.[Methods] The TLC method was used to identify the sanchi granuLe and the HPLC method was used for the determination of ginsenoside Rb3 in it.[Results] Each of the sanchi,sanchi granuLe and ginsenoside Rb3 had a similar fluorescent spot which performed the same colour and Rf in the TLC. The calibration curve of ginsenoside Rb3 showed a good linearity within 0.505~5.050 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 101.25%,RSD was 0.54% (n=6).[Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate,it could be used for the quality control of Sanchi GranuLe.
