从红树无瓣海桑果实中分离出6个化合物,运用波谱学确定了化合物结构,分别鉴定为异鼠李素(1),胡萝卜苷(2),木栓酮(3),熊果酸(4),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(5),对-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(6)。化合物(1),(3),(4)对HepG2显示出抗氧化活性,其EC50值分别为(25.8±1.3) mM,(62.1±3.5) mM,(45.2±2.8) mM。化合物(1)~(6)均首次从该植物果实中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
The chemical constituents,from the fruit of Sonneratic Apetala,and their antioxidant activity were studied. Six compounds were isolated by the EtOH-CH2Cl2 (2:1) extract of air-dried fruit and identified by CC,PTLC and HPLC.These compounds were characterized by comparison of their physical and spectral data (1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS). Antioxidant activity bioassay indicated that compounds 1,3 and 4 had moderate cytotoxicity toward human cancer cell line HepG2.In addition,it is also the first time that all these compounds were isolated from the fruit of this plant. |
