| 在阐述广西海岛资源开发利用现状的基础上,分析广西海岛资源开发利用中存在的问题。认为广西海岛资源开发利用过程中存在开发利用方式粗放,规划实施中有矛盾,环境保护设施、措施欠缺、缺乏规划管理及资金支持等问题,建议采取合理的开发利用方式,充分发挥海岛资源优势,完善相应的法律法规及管理机制,严格按规划进行海岛的开发利用及管理,健全相关设施及措施,保障海岛资源与环境的可持续发展,以更好地达到海岛资源开发利用的目的。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the base of summarizing the development and utilization status of island in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the exploitation of the island,such as adopting simple and extensive mode in the exploitation,contradiction in the planning implement,lack of environmental protection facilities and measures,insufficiency in the planning management and financial support,and etc.In order to fully utilize the resources of islands,some suggestions were stated such as adopting rational exploiting measures,improving relevant laws and regulations and management mechanism,carrying on strictly planned management,optimizing the relevant facilities and measures for the sustainable development of the island resources and environment. |
