一种基于嵌入式系统的生物量浓度在线检测系统设计

摘要:
利用嵌入式系统设计一套生物量浓度在线检测系统。系统利用MSP430F149做为控制和测试MCU,利用光纤把光能量传导到发酵液中,通过光密度测量的方法来取得发酵过程中的生物量浓度。本系统具有原位测量,速度快,可耐高温消毒和成本低等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。

A Design of Online Biomass Concentration Monitor System based on Embed System

Abstract:
The online biomass concentration monitor system based on MSP430 single chip is introduced in this paper. The light energy is introduced into fermentation broth and the biomass concentration is estimated by measuring the variation of optical density. The advantages of this system are direct measurements,high measuring speed,resistant to the high temperature sterilization and low cost, which can be widely used in bio-fermentation.
