利用光电旋转编码器产生高速脉冲,引入PLC高速计数器端进行计数,利用PWM变频调速,设计电梯控制系统。该系统确定电梯理想运行速度和加速度曲线,实时计算电梯的楼层位置、平层位置、上下换速点,实现电梯的精确定位,实时完成乘客呼梯请求。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, a continuous multi-speed control scheme for elevator is proposed. The precise locating is implemented by counting high frequency pulses which are generated by optical rotary encoder. The continuous multi-speed control is implemented by PWM speed control as well. The ideal speed and acceleration are determined by on-site testing. The floor positions, flat bed positions and speed switching point are calculated manually. The real-time requirement of precise locating and calling response are met in this scheme. |
