摘要:
IT项目进度控制,在主观上要做好工作分解结构与责任矩阵、制定网络计划、施工材料准备、工作记录、人际关系协调等工作,在客观上要做好项目范围变更、天气影响、客户配合、施工队伍等方面的工作。

Abstract:
In IT project schedule control, subjectively, several works need to be done including the work breakdown structure and responsibility matrix, establishment of a network plan, preparation of construction material, work records and interpersonal coordination. Objectively, the changes of the project scope, weather effects, customer support, construction and other aspects of the work are also considered.
