In IT project schedule control, subjectively, several works need to be done including the work breakdown structure and responsibility matrix, establishment of a network plan, preparation of construction material, work records and interpersonal coordination. Objectively, the changes of the project scope, weather effects, customer support, construction and other aspects of the work are also considered. |
