| 根据广西节能与环保产业的现状、存在问题及面临的形势,广西应着重将资源综合利用作为首要的重点,在加强节能与环保产业发展的规划引导、建立健全法规标准体系与市场管理机制、积极培育发展节能与环保产业市场、鼓励支持企业扩大开放合作、构建大中小企业协调发展的良好格局、制定落实节能与环保产业振兴的具体措施等方面出台引导和扶持产业发展的政策措施。 |

| Base on the assessment and analysis of energy saving and environment protection industry in Guangxi,the comprehensive utilization of resources should be strengthened specially in Guangxi.Policies for the development of energy saving and environment protection industry,including planning guide,more effective regulations,environment standard system and market demanding,etc were suggested. |
