ICP-AES法测定膨润土的阳离子交换量

摘要:
对膨润土阳离子交换量的传统分析方法进行改进,建立电感合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定膨润土阳离子交换量。该方法用钡离子与膨润土试样中交换性阳离子发生交换,再用盐酸的氢离子与钡离子交换,将交换所得的钡离子在ICP-AES下测定,测得的钡离子量即为膨润土阳离子交换量。测定结果:膨润土阳离子交换量范围为16.3~327mmol·100g-1,以10倍标准偏差计算BaO的检出限为0.075mg/L,精密度为1.5768mmol·100g-1。该方法稳定,所测结果准确可靠。

Abstract:
By improving traditional analysis method of cation exchange capacity, the determine method of cation exchange capacity using ICP-AES is established. In this method, Ba2+ is used to replace the exchangeable cation in the sample. Then the H+ of hydrochloric acid exchange with Ba2+.The exchanged Ba2+ is detected by ICP-AES. The Ba2+ capacity is equivalent to the cation exchange capacity in Bentonite. The results showed that the cation exchange capacity is 16.3~327mmol·100g-1. The detection limit of BaO is 0.075mg/L with RSD equaling to 1.5768 mmol·100g-1.The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
