| 在阐述地方高校在研究生教育的质量保障要求的基础上,通过构建地方高校研究生教育质量保障长效体系的组织结构和功能模块,提出应抓住研究生培养的关键环节,采取加强质量保障体系的顶层设计、科研模式创新、人才培养模式创新、优化研究生培养过程管理和完善质量评价体系等具体措施实现完善和发展地方高校研究生教育质量长效保障体系的目的。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the quality safeguard request of graduate student education in local universities, the organization structure and function module of the long-term effective quality control system for graduate student education in local universities is constructed. The concrete measures such as holding the essential link of training the graduate student, strengthening top layer design of the quality safeguard system, innovating the pattern of scientific research and talent fostering, optimizing the process of management in graduate student education, consummating quality appraisal system are proposed. |
