| A new kind of modified incomplete decomposition is presented. It proved that, in the strictly diagonally dominant matrices and the strictly diagonally dominant matrices which diagonal elements are plus, the decomposition can be carried on and the matrix obtains from the decomposition are a non singular matrix. |
