| 在后腹腔镜下,对7例肿瘤患者进行单纯肾脏切除手术,其中5例手术获得成功,2例中转开放手术。后腹腔镜肾切除手术时间为120~180min,平均140min,术中及术后均未输血,术中出血100~200ml,术后住院6~7天。手术成功的5例中,有1例术中胸膜破裂,鼓肺下腹腔镜修补后继续完成手术。后腹腔镜肾切除术是一种安全、有效的手术方法,具有损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点,有良好的临床应用前景。 |

| Laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed on 7 patients (2 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 5 cases of non functioning calculous kidney) from June 2006 to October 2007. 5 patients kidney were successfully removed in 140 min (range from 120~180 min). All patients did not receive blood transfusion. Two patients were transferred for open surgery. Retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy is a safe, effective method with small damage, rapid postoperative recovery, fewer complications and good prospects for clinical application. |
