| 根据当前有线数字电视的特点,设计与实现一个数字电视监测系统。该系统分为前端监测系统和后端控制中心两部分,从信道、传输流和解码后的视音频三个层面对数字电视信号进行监测,能够实现数字电视节目的解码、存储、监测和处理,并对数字电视播出信号的各项技术指标进行信号错损监测,准确、实时反映信号错损情况。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this article a digital TV monitoring system is designed and realized in accordance with the current characteristics of cable digital TV.This system,composed of front-end monitoring system and rear-end controlling center,can monitor the digital TV in respect of channel,transmission stream and video-audio-frequency after decoding,and realize decoding,saving,monitoring and handling digital TV programs.Further more,the system is capable of monitoring the digital signal error through each display technical index and accurately and timely reflect the signal error. |
