基于MVC(Model-View-Controller)的Web开发方式,选择J2EE平台,采用struts,expresso,log4j,taglib,junit等框架技术建立柳州钢铁(集团)公司电子人力资源管理系统。该系统包括组织机构管理、人员配置管理、薪酬福利管理、社会保险、招聘管理、培训发展、退休管理,七大模块,实现了柳州钢铁(集团)公司的人力资源管理自动化。 |

The human resources management system is developed in the platform of J2EE by using Struts,Expresso,Log4j,Taglib and Junit.It is a web application based on MVC.It consists of seven modules which are organization management,staff management,wage and welfare management,social insurance management,recruit management,training management and retirement management. |
