Based on the complementary of the protocols of STCP and SCUBIC in performance,a combination point of these two protocols is found.The algorithm SCUBIC based on CUBIC is presented.The test reveals that the SCUBIC is better than CUBIC in stability,expansibility,TCP friendliness and RTF fairness. |
