分别以0.5 mmol·L-1、1.0 mmol·L-1、2.0 mmol·L-1、5.0 mmol·L-1和10.0 mmol·L-1浓度的水杨酸(SA)处理高温季节的香石竹(Dianthns caryophyllus)切花,通过与对照相比较,探讨SA对香石竹切花的保鲜效果。结果表明,SA浓度在0.5~10.0 mmol·L-1下,均有不同程度地增加切花鲜重、增大花径的作用;0.5~2.0 mmol·L-1SA能延长切花瓶插寿命,提高切花外观品质,维持较高水平超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和蛋白质含量,延缓膜透性的增加,其中以1.0 mmol·L-1和2.0 mmol·L-1浓度SA保鲜效果最好。 |

Abstract: |
This paper reports the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the vase life of cut carnation.The results indicate:①SA can increase fresh weight and diameter of cut carnation flower under the concentration of 0.5~10 mmol·L-1;②SA can prolong vase life,improve the quality of outward appearance,maintain well the activities of SOD and the protein contents,decrease the cell membrane permeabilities of cut carnation under the concentration of 0.5~2 mmol·L-1;③The 1 mmol·L-1 and 2 mmol·L-1 SA show the best preservative effects. |
