| 从产业链的角度分析广西电子信息产业发展的现状,认为广西电子信息产业的主导产品不明确,市场竞争优势不显著,尚未溶入中国信息产业链中,在技术产品结构上还处于低端,无法与产业链的高端靠拢和对接。提出广西电子信息产业发展应高度重视并大力发展电子信息产业主链条的软件和服务环节,次链条的芯片和元器件、研发和销售环节;在产业发展模式上既要实施集群战略,又要实施分工战略;产业的发展重点是抓"两个链条三大基地",即:计算机产业链、光通讯产品产业链,基础材料及元器件生产基地、软件基地、军工电子基地。 |

| This paper analyzed the current status of information industry in Guangxi from the point of view of industry chain,considered that Guangxi electronic information's dominant product was not clear,and the marketable competitive superority was not distinct,and Guangxi electronic information had not entered into China information industry chain,and it was at low for technic product's frame,then,it could not highly link with industry chain.Proposed that Guangxi electronic information industry's development should pay attention to main software and service tache,implement group tactic as well as dividual tactic.Finally,put forward that the emphases is "two chains and three bases",that is computer industry chain,light communication industry chain,basic meteral and component produce base.software base,war industry electronical base. |
