| 摘要: |
| 分析我国计算机信息系统集成资质认证的特点、作用和存在弊端。认为我国的计算机信息系统集成资质认证具有国际性接轨的认证、国家性质的认证、科学和严格的认证等特点,具有规范市场,展示实力,提高信息工程质量、维护消费者权利的作用,但发展过程中存在围城效应、门槛问题和与《行政许可法》相冲突问题,相应地提出降低资质条件、以《行政许可法》为准则和严格依据资质认证相关政策等建议。 |
