针对多用户检测中基于遗传算法的种群初始化不足,充分利用有用的边信息,结合传统匹配滤波器的硬判决,提出一种更为合理的种群个体初始化结构,改进了异步CDMA系统中多用户检测的遗传算法。仿真结果表明,改进后的种群个体初始化结构减少算法早熟收敛带来的影响,使搜索能更快地向最优解靠近,弥补了简单遗传算法自身的盲目性,加速了算法的收敛速度,实现了异步系统下高效、快速的多用户检测. |

Abstract: |
A more reasonable initialization structure for improving genetic-algorithm-based multiuser detection is proposed.The simulation results show that the improved initialization structure can reduce the impact of premature convergence.At the same time,it makes full use of the useful edge information and combines the hard decision taken from traditional matched filters.It overcomes the blindness of simple genetic algorithm, and makes the searching quickly close to the optimal solution,and improves the convergence rate. |
