总结中国食用菌栽培技术在菌种选育、栽培料选用和栽培模式等方面取得的研究进展,探讨中国食用菌栽培技术的改良及其发展前景,认为中国食用菌栽培技术的研究和推广,要以绿色食用菌的标准化为基本原则,紧跟市场发展需求,走经济效益与生态环境保护相结合的可持续发展道路。 |
