基于WEB的地理信息基础平台,采用C/S和B/S相结合的模式设计南宁市城市环境智能决策系统。该系统集环境管理办公自动化、环境管理系统(MIS)、环境地理信息系统(GIS)、多媒体环境管理信息应用和环境管理信息辅助决策为一体,能够实现环境管理办公自动化、环境建设项目影响审批管理、环境监测、环境监察、环境统计、污染源管理、重点污染企业污染源监控、环境影响评价、污染事故应急处置、数据库编辑等功能,为南宁市环境管理、经济发展决策提供环境信息支撑与服务。 |
